About the Event
We know that middle school aged students have faced a lot the past two years (puberty and a pandemic is a lot to handle). Keeping a journal is a great mental health tool for anyone.
During this workshop we will create journals that reflect our personal style, then do some writing exercises, have dinner and be led through a yoga practice also learn some additional relaxation techniques.
The event is geared toward ages 10-13, but all are welcome if you feel they will enjoy it.
